Buy with Me and Stay for Free!

If you’re a Serious Buyer, there’s a good likelihood you will be incurring costs for lodging in the Pinehurst area while you are searching for your next home.  To give you another reason—in the form of a financial incentive—to designate me as your Exclusive Agent, I am offering my buyer clients the greater of $1,000 or .25% of the contract sales price to reimburse you for all, or a portion of, your lodging costs. 

Here are the very straightforward and simple rules to qualify for this reimbursement:

1. You must sign an Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreement with me for a minimum duration of 6 months (this agreement does not obligate you to buy anything, rather it serves as an agreement that you will use me as your agent if you buy); 
2. Offer applies to single family homes or condos only with minimum contract sales prices of $150,000;
3. The commission paid to our firm for the sale of the property you purchase must be a minimum of 3% of contract price;Receipts for lodging must be provided to me at least 7 days prior to your scheduled closing date, to allow me time to provide attorneys notification for the settlement statement credit.
4. Reimbursements will only be made upon successful closings with me as the Buyers’s Agent.

It’s a simple as that!  Here’s another twist to this offer…..I’ll even honor receipts you can provide me for any Pinehurst area lodging costs anytime prior to the date we enter into an Exclusive Buyer’s Agency agreement!
