An Arnold Palmer signature course and some of the most scenic terrain in the area makes this premier gated golf community one of the area’s most desireable places to live. Their new clubhouse is considered by many locals to be the nicest facility in town. You cannot beat the views of the course from the “members only” third level balcony! You will find single family homes(brand new and resales), patio homes and luxury golf lodges and the brand new Camden Villas inside the gates. Many of these properties are on prime golf front lots. Two new communities on site are Champions Ridge and Birkdale Village. Champions Ridge, a new section of cluster homes, are luxury cottages with richly finished interiors located on nice golf front or golf view lots along the right side of the 14th fairway and green. The Birkdale Village section, being developed by Stover Homes, offer buyers many single family floorplans and are located along the 12th hole and 13th tee.
